First and foremost, thank you :). Secondly, yes this plugin works with permissionsex. It is infact my plugin of choice for permissions. Setting the rankprefix in rankuppro is for cosmetic reasons only. It allows for better message formatting. Therefore you must also set the same prefix in your permissionsex permissions file. Also, rankuppro realistically just adds the player to the group you specified and so you can give them permissions simply by adding the permission nodes into the pex permissions file based on group. When the player ranks up to b from a they will be in groups a and b and will have all of the permission nodes you have set under groups a and b in your permissions file.

I would like to have the ability for each server owner to edit the plugin to fit their server exactly but the thing about the scoreboard is that there is a very strict character count restriction on the scoreboard. I think its the same as one line on a sign (therefore including color codes) and if you try and set that players scoreboard to have a value higher than the restriction it will stop them from logging in. I thought it would be best to just have some presets that you can enable and disable to combat this problem. If any other devs have a solution to this please let me know and I would be happy to do my best for a future update.

No permissions but some commands require op. Also, the scoreboard will not show for players who are not in any of the groups you defined in the config. This is so you and your admins dont have to keep turning their scoreboard off when they log in. If you want to see the scoreboard just add yourself to the default rank. If u are in the default rank you will be able to test out whatever you need to :)

My plugin is actually not responsible for permissions. But here is what you could do without me updating anything. If you run a plugin like ServerSigns you can add a sign in your last rank that takes away all of the players previous ranks and adds them to your prestige rank. Make sure to also add them to your default rank though. Then in the discounts section enable discounts and add the prestige rank as a group that gets a 20% discount or something.
I do like this idea though so keep checking for an update :D

I am not exactly sure what you want. I thought I did a pretty decent job configuring the scoreboard xD But please elaborate.
