RankMarket
RankMarket is designed to let your users choose their donation benefits or earn money in your economy and rank up.
Each "rank" has a permission node associated with it's availability for purchase, so you can make even design tiered rank up systems, where each rank unlocks the next for purchase!
How to use
Typing '/rank' in-game will open up a list of available ranks for purchase. Type '/rank name' to purchase the rank (if you have enough funds available).
Configuration
The RankMarket config file (plugins/RankMarket/config.yml) is the only place you need to edit to setup your ranks.
ranks: miner: groups: - mine cost: 200 builder: groups: - build cost: 500

Permissions
RankMarket uses the "SuperPerms" system to actually check for permissions, but lets you use any Vault supported Permission plugin to make the purchase.
To give a group permission to one rankup simply give them: rankmarket.rankname. (Ex. rankmarket.builder) The 'rankmarket.*' node gives access to all rankmarket permissions.
Economy
RankMarket supports any Vault supported Economy plugin, what you use is entirely up to you!
It takes the money from the players 'balance in hand' or 'wallet' rather than banks.

First, your request for broadcasts, probably will never be filled, even still theres other plugins for this, i cant find any atm, [havnt tried]
Alot of plugins can still work after 2/3 mc updates, its not unheard of, yes its cool, but you never know what glitches you may run into
So the guys asking for an update, have a good reason to do so XD, sometimes plugins can break the other plugins and their configures as well, theyre just being safe

Posted Aug 4, 2013Last update = August 7 2012 and still working 1 year later on Minecraft 1.6.2. Be nice if broadcasts were issued and issue fixed for groupmanager where it resets players subgroups but all in all great plugin thats lasted so long with NO updates.
For all you asking for an update you guys = /facepalm :D, Test it, it works.

Posted Jan 19, 2013Hello. I am looking forward to using this plugin on my server; However, when I try to add extra ranks to my config file it just reverts back to the original "- miner - builder." This happens every time I try to add in more ranks to the config it just reverts to that. Is there any way I can stop this from happening? I have no idea why its not working.

Posted Jan 6, 2013I've setup 9 ranks with this plugin, but it can only display 6 of them in chat and there is no "Page 2". I recommend fixing that minor issue and please update to 1.4.6! Thanks...

Posted Jan 3, 2013I am using this pl on my Prison server. but new users who are Default (Name: Newbie) can't do /rank They only can when they are OP, when they arent they get this message: You don't have enough money, even though they have like 30 bucks and the rank costs 5... I am using IConomy as money plugin.

Posted Dec 3, 2012I'm using version 1.2 for my Tekkit server. I have it set up so that players can purchase a rank, and each rank has permissions which allow access to different worlds. The problem I'm having is that when a player purchases a rank using the RankMarket plugin it doesn't switch them to the rank they purchase. It gives them the permissions of the rank they purchased but it doesn't actually move their username into the purchased rank in the permissions file. This results in them reverting back to their original rank and losing all the permissions of the rank they purchased. It's like it's only a temporary rank purchase.
Any ideas how to solve this?
