Yes it does, this is where you configure the pay per use settings.

Does the leather armour get spawned in?

Yes, although I am looking to change this.

Can I have Iron or Diamond armour instead?

No, this is because it is impossible to change the colour of any other armour. Although I will change this if the option is available.
