• Added reload command!
• /peffect reload - Reloads the config. Permission: peffect.use.admin

• New effects!
• Splash Effect - Permission: peffect.use.splash Command: /peffect splash
• Note Effect - Permission: peffect.use.note Command: /peffect note

• You can now choose if players can use all the effects at once or only one at a time! Just set one-effect to true if you do not want players to be able to play all the effects at once

• You can now choose how fast the effects happen! All effect speeds are now configurable. The speeds are in ticks (20 ticks = 1 second).

*In order for this update to work correctly you must delete the old config so the plugin can make the new config.
