Completely Re-Coded!

• Added an updater, automatically updates if you do not want it to update set auto-update to false in the plugins config

• Improved menu

• Configurable menu tool and name

• Effects improved

• To play block effects is now /peffect block <blockname>. Example: /peffect block gold_block

• Added a few admin commands. /peffect forcestop - Forces all effects to stop on the server. /peffect check <player> - Check the effect status of a player. Permission for these commands: peffect.use.admin
