We recently discovered that an old developer of the project, whose name will not be mentioned, made some major errors in his coding, he obviously did not realise that some of the RageMod NPC classes needed to remain in order for it to work when he converted it to Citizens. He deleted some important classes, likely without realising what he was doing. At some point he also went on a mass renaming spree, leaving a lot of broken variables behind him. This has made RageMod very hard to work with.
But
The project will live on. We have backdated the project to a version before he started developing it, which is very incomplete, but actually only has a few minor errors in the code, despite it being 6 months old. We are going to use some of the code from the broken project, which we call 'RageMod-Code-Raped', and get a build out as soon as possible. The main problem is that the version we have has a lot of hard coded parts, so we will need to change some URLs to config based, and do other things. Another bit of good news is we now have the original developer (not the one that fucked up) helping us a bit, he knows what was hard coded, as we forked his fork, therefore in a week or less, there will likely be a development build of the plugin.
