Raffle - customizable raffle/lottery system!

As I have seen there are no raffle plugins like this one. With Raffle you can set up multiple lotteries based on items taken from inventory for a random prize!

Config.yml

Version: '1.0'
Raffle:
  default:
    items:
    - 3 64
    - 4 111
    prizes:
    - 297 12
    - 388 1

It means - when you type "/raffle default" 64 of dirt and 111 of cobble will be taken from your inventory and you will be given 12 bread or 1 emerald. It is just an example, of course. You can set up as much raffles as you want.

Compatibility for random amount of items

Raffle is still an experimental project. I want to make it stable for first release.

Oh very nice idea ! I were looking for that think long time a ago :p
