QuoteZ - Random quotes on your server

This plugin broadcasts random qoutes to every player! You can put qoutoes in plugins/QuoteZ/quotes.txt each line is a qouote, and you can put as much as you want! There is a config file too! You can customize the interval, then sender/sender color, msg color, and you can disable the sender! To set a color use words like: GREEN, LIGHT_GREEN, AQUA, BLACK, GOLD, YELLOW, WHITE, RED, LIGHT_PURPLE.....

Hi, I have some troubles with displaying quotes.

quotes.txt:

line1: Test 1
line2: Test 2
line3: Test 3
line4: Test 4

On server:

21:16:32 [INFO] [Server]: Test 4

21:18:12 [INFO] [Server]: Test 3
21:18:39 [INFO] [Server]: Test 2
21:19:04 [INFO] [Server]: Test 3
21:19:29 [INFO] [Server]: Test 2
21:19:54 [INFO] [Server]: Test 4
21:20:19 [INFO] [Server]: Test 2
21:20:47 [INFO] [Server]: Test 3

Where is Test 1 message?

Why do some messages appear more then once (Test 4, Test 3 etc.)?

Does script appear messages randomly, or in order? If the script returns messages randomly, I would like it in order, Is it possible?

Otherwise your script is brilliant and I like It! :) THX for reply.
