Bukkit

Plugin has several commands, like quartzdefenders, game, team, stats, kit. 

Command Syntax:

<arg> - A required parameter
[arg] - An optional parameter
<arg1|arg2> - Multiple parameters options
<arg=value> - Default or suggested value

/quartzdefenders [subCommand]:
 description: Main plugin command
 aliases: qd, quartz, qdef
 sub-commands:
  help: Show help
  setupSigns: Get items, to setup signs for stats in Lobby
  removeSigns: Remove all signs that you setup
  setDisplayName <name> [player]: Set display name
  setTabName <name> [player]: Set display name in tab list
  firework [detonateTime] [amount]: Send firework rocket

/gamebroadcast <message>:
 description: Broadcast color message
 aliases: bc, gbc, gamebc, bcast

/game <subCommand>:
 description: Game management command
 sub-commands:
  help: Show help of this command
  add <gameID>: Load game from config
  remove <gameID>: Remove game from active games
  start [gameID]: Immediately start game
  end [gameID]: Immediately end game
  admin [gameID]: Open admin's game menu 
  lock [gameID]: Disable join to the game, except admin. (see Permissions)
  gamesList: Show all games
  setupOres: Get tool to convenient setup regenerative ores. Use it in game world
  setupQuartz <team> [x] [y] [z]: Set quartz for team at x, y, z
  setupSpawn <team> [x] [y] [z] [yaw] [pitch]: Set spawn for team
