QuantumLimiter - A Plugin to Restrict Blocks, Items, and Plugin Features.

Hello Everyone, My Name is Riccardo and I program since June 2013, this is my first plugin. It was originally coded for my Tekkit 1.1.8 Server (The Minerva's Realm), when I realized there was no similar plugin yet, I decided to publish mine. As I said earlier, I'm pretty new to Java and I'm learning, so there may be bugs/errors I'm not even aware of. If you find any bugs, please open a Ticket :)

BlockPlace Limiter

You can specify blocks along with a limit, players won't be able to place blocks over the limit. This feature supports group settings.

CraftItem Restrictor

You can specify some items wich players won't be able to craft. This feature supports group settings.

Plugin Restrictors

ChestShop: You can specify the amount of shops a player can create.Supports Group Settings.

Dependencies

• Vault
• ChestShop - Optional Dependency.

Additional Features:

• Groups: You can specify per-group limits!

• /ql reload - Reloads the configuration.
• /ql reload data - Reloads Player Data from disk - HARMFUL, don't use this command if you don't know what you're doing.
• /ql save - Saves all Player Data to disk.
• /ql cleanup - Attempts to remove corrupted data.

• QuantumLimiter.* - Full Access to the plugin commands and the ability to bypass all restrictions.
• QuantumLimiter.reload - Gives Access to the /ql reload command.
• QuantumLimiter.save - Gives access to the /ql save Command.
• QuantumLimiter.cleanup - Gives access to the /ql cleanup command.
• QuantumLimiter.bypass.* - Allows a user to bypass any restriction.
• QuantumLimiter.bypass.blocks - Allows a user to bypass the Block Limits.
• QuantumLimiter.bypass.crafting - Allows a user to bypass the Crafting Limits.
• QuantumLimiter.bypass.shops - Allows a user to bypass the Shop Limits.

• Improving Performance and Code

Does this plugin work with Moddes Servers? Yes.

Does the limit persist across startups? Yes.

Does it decrease when the block is removed? Of course.

Help, The plugin is not recognizing player groups!
Well, the plugin gets the group with the highest priority (or, for PEX users, lowest rank) a player is in. You'll need to set up your permissions properly to allow the plugin to work correctly.
