Quantum Connectors - Wireless Redstone
Replace that dusty old redstone wiring with quantum circuits!
Usage | Commands & Permissions
Features:
- Wireless redstone
- Optional delayed activation
- Activate multiple devices
- Edit your circuits! Remove receivers from existing circuits with sneak + click!
- Use Chests, Beds, Furnaces and even Bookshelves to activate redstone devices!
- Optional WorldGuard Support! Users can only create circuits when they have permissions to build.
- When enabled this plugin will check to see if there is an update available and let you know if one is. Don't be frightened! You can actually disable it in the same plugins/<thisplugin>/config.yml file that every single other plugin that has this functionality uses to disable it.
Circuit Types:
- quantum - receiver matches sender
- on - receiver is turned on when the sender receives power
- off - receiver is turned off when the sender receives power
- toggle - receiver is toggled when the sender receives power
- random - receiver is set to a random status when the sender receives power
- reverse - receiver is set to the opposite of the sources power
- impulse - receiver is set to on for 4 ticks when sender receives power, ignoring how long sender lasts
Special Senders
- Chests - ON sent when the chest is opened, OFF when it is closed
- Beds - ON sent when the bed is entered, OFF when the person leaves the bed
- Furnaces - ON sent when the furnace becomes lit, OFF when it is unlit
- Bookshelves - ON sent when clicked (can be used with toggle to turn things on/off)

I highly recommend subscribing to file updates, so the moment a new version is available you can download it.

It would work with 1.5.2, but will have decreased support for certain circuit configurations since it will fall back to Bukkit's methods.

Posted Aug 14, 2013Wonderful plugin.
If for the next version, you can add the reverse-quantum circuit. Same purpose as quantum but including a NOT logic: receiver matches oposite of source, it will be great. Other idea, /qc <circuit-type> <delai> <name> where name will be saved to config, to help for debuging.
Thanks for your work :)

I suspect if you really wanted to find the source code link you could; there's an update submitted pending approval.

Posted Jul 4, 2013Need toke it able to activate redstone this would make it possible to do alot of other stuff . The problem is that when you make the connection to the two switches it will not light up the redstone off of the receiver switch. Please make this possable.

Posted Jun 29, 2013Thanks for a great plugin! My server uses Craftbook and Quantum Connectors and I have noticed a problem. I have posted this problem on the Crafbook dev site as well as here since I do not know which plugin is the root of the problem. Specifically: I attempted to build a block crusher and when I activate the crusher pistons using a lever as a receiver for the pistons .... it will not activate the pistons if a block is sitting in the crush zone. Even tho the receivers (levers) switch properly and the redstone is lit up going to the piston. If i manually activate the receiver (lever) then it works. If the crush zone is empty then the piston can be activated wirelessly. Not sure if this is Craftbook issue or QuantumConnector issue.
Thanks again for a great plugin.
Update: it appears it doesnt matter which CB component I use... the QC wireless simply will not power it. The receiver switches.. but the circuit does nothing. If I run redstone instead of using QC then the circuit works as expected. But who wants all those wires in the way? :) Hope this helps.
