I'm gonna assume it's a "meh", there are other plugins out there that do the same though, like http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/pvpreward/ and http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/moneydrop/ for example.
The only pain with that is a whole new set of permissions if you were running it previously, or a new config to do, but I'm sure it's worth your troubles ;D
