xEnchant
xEnchant is a plugin for PvP servers that want to give players a cool donation perk. xEnchant enables a player with the proper permission to open a fully working enchanting table with one simple command. Why this plugin is so different from other enchanting plugins is that you can't specify the certain enchantment and power you are giving your weapon or tool. xEnchant gives your players a portable enchanting table.
COMMANDS: "/ExpTable" - (Opens An Enchanting Table)
PERMISSIONS: "PvPEnchant.ExpTable" - (Permission To Use The Command "/ExpTable")

I would, but that is exactly what this plugin is trying to avoid. On PvP servers that would be unfair for some people and you can do that with Essentials easily, but thanks for more feedback.
