PvP Tag

Brief Summary
PvP Tag was created to keep the PvP on my server fair. I noticed that nobody wanted to fight in the arenas because whenever somebody was losing, they'd simply run out of the arena and there was nothing people could do about it. I created a fix for that, then extended it onto some other common PVP problems - looters/not being able to pick out the items I want and PVP logging.
Features
- Players will become unsafe when hit in a PVP area, changing their name color to red
- Players who are unsafe can be hit anywhere, including (but not limited to) PVP-Free worldguard zones and towns/factions NOTE: Users will only become unsafe if they are hit in an area that allows pvp, and from there on they can be hit anywhere
- Death chests to those who die in PVP, only accessible to the person who died and the killer (until an owner defined time expires!)
- Death chests won't overwrite existing blocks and won't connect to already placed chests, preventing protection problems.
- Teleporting temporarily disabled after death, to prevent pesky noobs from constantly dying, tp'ing back, hitting you, dying, tp'ing back.. etc
- Anti PVP logging system - Those who log out in PVP will have a zombie spawned in their place containing their inventory!
- The zombie will fight back with the user's stuff!
- Very customizable: Time until people are safe again, Time until death chest is accessible, Time until people can teleport after death, Health of PVP logger zombie. Some features, such as death chests, can also be completely disabled.
Notes
This plugin doesn't require TagAPI, but without it I am not able to change players' nametags.
Source
Installation
Simply place in your "plugins" folder and you're good to go. Once it has ran the first time, a config will be generated. It will auto update if that feature is enabled in the config.

Commands/Permissions
Commands:
- Callsafe (Alias - csafe. "cs" was taken by worldedit)
- * Removes the target player's vulnerability in safe zones
- * Permission: pvptag.callsafe, defaults to OP/console.
- Callhit (Alias - chit)
- * Makes the target player vulnerable to attack in safe zone
- * Permission: pvptag.callhit, defaults to OP/console.
Permissions:
- pvptag.bypass
- * Makes the player unable to be tagged

Posted Apr 15, 2013so the 2 issues i have with this plugin
1. Players cant talk for some reason. not all the time and i cant reproduce it. But sometimes we cant talk at all. Console shows us talking but i dont see myself or others talking. If i leave that world and come back it works again.
2. It seems that the 30second wait period after u hit someone is based off of the first hit, not the last. So if you hit a person, and then at 29 seconds u hit them again, u can still do whaetver u want 1 second later.

Posted Apr 6, 2013@Tirelessly The zombie glitch was a ruse, players that liked to spawn camp and pvp log didn't like having this plugin installed so they tried to get it removed by saying it created dupes. Tried about 100 times different ways and was never able to duplicate. Keep up the good work.

Posted Apr 3, 2013- Even when server is stopped and I update the config, it seems to be resetting to default always whenever server restarts.
- Also, can you find a way to set the PvPLogger Zombie have the same health as the player who logged out?
- Finally, any chance that a PvPLogger can be set to log back in in the location of the Zombie instead of their logout location, it's actually become more popular now to logout and login to spawn a zombie to get away from a fight.

I'm experiance one problem. When players are pvp tagged, they can bypass the entry deny check in worldguard, it seems that worldguard use teleport for deny player entrance. But when pvptag deny teleport, they can run straight throught. Is it possible to allow teleport in config file?
