PVP Fix 1.9
In "PVP Fix 1.9", it automatically changes the attack recharge speed of all possible weapons, so in return, it makes it so you can spam click again, and do all of your old pvp strategies. I am going to continue to upgrade this plugin and I am hoping to make it so you can block with your sword and just resort pvp back to how it was in 1.8 and previous updates. All you have to do to make it work is put it in the server plugins folder and turn on your server (along with it being a 1.9 server) and it will do everything that I said previously. This plugin is targeting pvp servers like hubs, survival games, kit pvp, sky wars, and basically any server that allows the player to hit another player or entity for that matter.
If there are any bugs or any suggestions for additions to this plugin, just let me know, and I will attempt to add them!

Posted Mar 22, 2016"PvP Fix" It's not a fix if it wasn't a bug in the first place ;) The 1.9 update was most definitely intended to change PvP on purpose. Hence, "Combat Update".
