Warning

What This Is
This lightweight command shop plugin allows your users to purchase up to 54 commands. Players will use the command /cs (or /cstore or /commandstore) to open a GUI shop. Within the shop there are two colored glasses.
Green: The user has this command already
Red: The user does not have this command
Clicking on the glass will remove the cost from the player's wallet, and grant the permission node to the user unlocking the command. As you can guess, this plugin REQUIRES vault, AND a permission plugin to function.

Installation

Download the jar into your plugin folder. Start the server to generate the commands.yml. Stop the server, then modify the commands.yml to your hearts content.
Special Note:
Perm - used for single commands
Perms - used for command PACKS
YML Info
While making an item cost money per use (recurring) be sure to add the command and its aliases to the RecurringCommands.YML
Permissions
cs.use - allows users to get to the command shop. This is enabled by default, all users have access.

When updating to this version add
Worlds:
to each of your purchasable commands. Each command needs to have Worlds: attached to it and at least 1 world.
Per world you would use each world you need, like so
Worlds:
- worldName
- worldName2
- moreworlds
If you want ALL worlds just do
Worlds:
- all

Seems like there is something wrong with you bukkit/spigot server jar
Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bukkit/inventory/ItemFlag
The server is trying to pull this class but cannot find it, which points to the server jar. Hope that helps.

if you don't buy it then you wont have the permission node.

In the error log:
Caused by: ru.tehkode.permissions.exceptions.PermissionsNotAvailable: Permission s manager is not accessable. Is the PermissionsEx plugin enabled?
Seems like there is something up with the Permission Ex plugin? Nothing I can fix on my end, sorry.

This was solved, via PM. Issue was not related to plugin, just YML user error ;)

You should still be able to use this on spigot, just change your permission system :)

I've tried removing all other plugins (ColoredTexts, CustomEnchants, EpicBossRecoded, mcMMO, PhatLoots, RandomTeleport, SignShop, Vault, VoxelSniper, WorldEdit, WorldGuard,) and still get the same error message. I'm running CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-d27e6d0 (1.8.7-R0.1-SNAPSHOT).

I have edited the commands.yml file to include my own Command-Lists by basically starting from 1:, yet the plugin insists on messing up the 4th and 6th Command Store boxes. For eg, in the commands.yml file for Command-List 4, I have:
4:
Name: /tpahere
Perm: essentials.tpahere
Cost: 5000
And in-game, when I use /cs and hover over box 4, I see:
/tpahere
Cost:
5000.0
Permissions Gained:
essentials.nick
essentials.kittycannon
essentials.nuke
I see something similar for box 6 too.
I am running:
CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-044d928-e8c6403 (MC: 1.8.6) (Implementing API version 1.8.6-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
What on earth is happening?

Bukkit is currently processing the latest file with the YML fix.

Can you list the error if there is one in console?
Can you list your plugins you are using on the server?
