Public Command
WHAT IS THIS
PublicCommand grants the ability to show everyone a command with a chat by starting it with an exclamation point.
For example:
If you type /time day, then it'll make the time day.
If you type !time day, then it'll make the time day as well but everyone will see !time day.
This is similar to Sourcemod servers.
PERMISSIONS AND COMMANDS
None.
