ProSpeed is a full-featured speed modifier for 1.6.2. You can use /speed, /ps or /prospeed for commands.
Commands
Give them a try:
/speed [modifier]Changes your speed modifier/speed resetReset modifier back to vanilla's default/speed versionGives you information on the plugin
Permissions

prospeed.speed.*All permissions for ProSpeedprospeed.speed.resetAll the user to use /speed resetprospeed.speed.fastAllow the user to use modifiers between -3 and 3prospeed.speed.fasterAllow the user to use modifiers between -6 and 6

This release was never meant for public usage. It was made the the Twitch.TV streamer, Catreina, on request. Next update will be much more user friendly and modifiable.

please add a "passive" option so a user with a permission is faster automaticly.
