Installation

So basically it's simple to install, just put the BasicCommands.jar in your /plugins/ folder. It creates a folder called "BasicCommands". In there is the config.yml file, where you can configurate nearly every message.

Permissions

The Permissions can be added like at every plugin. Just put the Permission in your Group in your GroupManager, for example "Essentials GroupManager":

Go to the Permissions-Page and copy the Permission you want to add. Go in your plugins folder -> GroupManager -> worlds -> YOURWORLDNAME -> groups.yml.
Then search for the group you want to give the Permission. Finally, you search for "permissions:" in your group and just add for example "basiccommands.shout". Your done!
