The Privilege Restriction plugin is designed to punish those who have not followed your rules, this plugin is considered simple in design but makes restricting commands from a player much easier over all.

Commands
/pr 1 [command] [playerName] - Adds a player to the bannedPlayer's config file and if the player types the command that is restricted the command is blocked from usage
/pr 2 [command] [playerName] - Removes a player to the bannedPlayer's config file and if the player types the command they can now use it again
Permissions
pr.use -Allows you to use the command /pr
Config File(s)
bannedPlayers - contains all names and commands for the banned
tempPlayers - will soon contain all names and commands plus time for the TempBanned
config - will soon contain messages for both admin and restricted
