Prayer Altars
How to Craft Altars
Altars improve prayer odds whenever the pray command is issued while standing in front of one. They may also be configured, in config.yml, as a requirement for the use of the pray command.
All Altars are crafted from:
- 3 Obsidian blocks
- 2 Enchantment Tables
- 2 Redstone Torches
- 1 Sign, placed on the center Obsidian block, labeled [Altar] on its first line.
- 1 "Activator" block of either Jack-O-Lantern, Glowstone, or Dragon Egg.
Basic Altar
Improves prayer odds by 50% with Jack-O-Lantern as activator.
Nether Altar
Doubles your prayer odds with Glowstone as activator.
End Altar
Provides 100% chance of prayer grant with Dragon Egg as activator.
Tip: Once placed, a Dragon Egg may be turned into an inventory item by pushing it with a Piston.
