Information
PowerSwords is developed by BoomIt'sWill. It allows you to have various powers on swords which can help you in battle, such as regeneration, speed, damage resistance, etc...
Wooden Sword = Damage Resistance (5 Seconds)
Stone Sword = Water Breathing (5 Seconds)
Iron Sword = Smite (Every 10 seconds)
Gold Sword = Speed(10 seconds)
Diamond Sword = Regeneration (10 seconds)

Commands and Permissions
Do "/ps help" in-game to see commands. Permissions work with PermissionsEx and PermissionsBukkit or another permissions plugin which hooks into Bukkit's native permissions.

Posted Apr 12, 2013boom u r stubborn making the gol sword with wither smite streanth for a postion would not make it week hit the person 5 times and run away the opponent is dead and plus it inflicts damage even wearing diamond armour so add it please ^_>

Note about the gold sword seeming overpowered, the gold sword is very weak in PVP, so the idea is you have the weak sword with a powerful ability.

Posted Feb 8, 2013serious my friend has made a plugin with arrows like poison arrows so how do u need a mod client or spout??? nothing is impossible. since i dont know how to make a mod or a plugin i wont do it.

Posted Jan 16, 2013Adding new bows like that would require client mods or Spout (which is also a mod). However, you could probably do what ElementalSwords did, and make custom (and configurable) crafting recipes for special bows with custom names, and have the plugin read off of those custom names to activate their unique abilities.
Although this would probably be more in the scope of that plugin, since the point of this one is to add to the standard swords we already have.
Speaking of which, what exactly will the config file contain? I'm guessing it will be a configurable cooldown, durability loss, potency, length, and disabled/enabled worlds (if applicable). Maybe you can also let us attach any effect (not only potion effects) to any of the swords, and maybe even have multiple effects on the same sword.
For example, you could make it so that a gold sword will wither the opponent, smite them with lightning, and do a leech (stealing life) attack all at once. Also, the gold sword seems somewhat overpowered at the moment.
