PotionAttack
Description:
When attacking applies potion effects to whatever you attack this also works when wearing armor you will get the effects
Commands:
/pa {potion} {level} {seconds} - Adds the effect to a item
/pa remove {potion} - removes effect from item
/pa list - Lists all the potion effects
Permissions:
pa.enchant - lets you use the /pa command

and can u also make it so you can put effects on armor pieces? like regeneration
