All potion two levels are disabled and regeneration potions. Balance the UHC ! Useful : UHC/KTP

Installation
- Place the .jar file in the plugins folder of your server
- Start the server
- Plugin installed !
Commands VERSION 1.0.1 (Picture 2 = VERSION 1.0.4)
===== /Pot on : Enabled Potion (op) /Pot off : Desabled Potion (op) (/Potion in 1.0.4)=====

Default : False
Works for 1.8+

Currently, permission denied usage of a potion? About craft, is there any restriction? Could you add this? :)
