PointShop

Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

This plugin allows players to buy items, commands and more with Points. PlayerPoints is needed for this.

This Plugin is continued here:

Features:

Buy items/itemsets
Add subcodes (like colored wool), damage and enchantments to items
Buy cmds/doubleCmds/cmdSets
Buy perms/permSets/timePerms
TimePermissions : After the configurable time, the permissions will be removed
Trade points with money
Configurable (you can add/remove infinite cmds/items/permissions)
Permissions Support
Add configurable prices
Economy Support (Vault is needed) (optional)
Sign support

You need Vault if you want to work with Perms/PermSets/TimePerms/Economy!

Command explanation

Commands:

/<ps/pshop> buy <cmd/Dcmd/item/itemSet/money/points/perm/permSet/timePerm> <name>
/<ps/pshop> list <item/itemSet/cmd/Dcmd/perm/permSet/timePerm> <page>
You can remove /ps if you want (here you can see, how to remove this)

PointShop.buy.TimePerm

PointShop.sign.use

ToDo:

~~Add list of items/cmds~~
~~Add other things to buy~~
Add messages.yml
~~Buy command, and after x time, another command will be executed (like /op and /deop)~~

also i was wondering how do you set up the perm on a sign?
and the config

for e.g i have sneak.steal "somthing like that"

Add sell command. For selling Items. Like you have specific item in your hand. When you sell it you get points.

at your config?

perhaps look at this plugin

http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/hiddencommandsigns/

it grants the permission to use the command just for the time taken to enact it.

Im working on that, but the player should have all permissions when he executes the command and I dont know how to do that.

i do have vault and its so strange!!! i just added a new gunpak kit and now the Farm kit isnt working! its like everytime i add a kit one dosnt work as if you can only have one...

is that the case with this plugin? cos i swear to god im doing everything right unless you want to write me the config n send me through email. because i really feel im doing everything right

Stop your server. Then change the config. And then start the server.

Okay, I've got it all working except for one thing. The config.yml resets every time the server is started, or reloaded.

Aha! Found it! In my server.log it says Vault not found, disabling PointShop, even when i have econony disabled. I don't want Vault on my server, i just want economy disabled but it wants vault otherwise it disables.

I suppose I'll have to do that. I've actually got a bukkit server on my computer. So I should install PlayerPoints, and PointShop, and send you the server.log?
