PluginDL

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

This is a very simple mod that did not take me too long to make. All it does is add a command you can use to download any file to your plugins folder.

Commands
There is only one command, which is used to download the plugin.
/pdl <url> <file name>
Example: /pdl http://example.com/plugin.jar name.jar

Permissions
plugindl.use - /pdl command

Why would I use this?

  • Use in remote consoles like JSONAPI
  • Ability to install plugins without having to actually download and put the jar in
  • Because you're lazy
