Test page
This plugin is an addon to PlotMe plugin. This allows you to have the Global chat and the Plot chat. For example: the global chat is the normal chat of the server, the plot chat is the chat which only the players in the same plot can see.

Permissions
plotmechat.admin : Allows the player to send a message to everyone on the server (even those who have chat off) .
plotmechat.plotcolors: Lets the player change their plot chat color.
Warning
This plugin contains an auto-updater, if you want to change the state of it go to PlotMe Chat folder, open Config.yml an choose between:
Auto update disabled: "Auto Updater: false"
Auto update enabled: "Auto Updater: true"
