Description:
No configuration needed, just copy and paste jar and bingo your users will be able to change the weather on their client, great for complaining users who don't like weather when you want to keep it on your server.
Requires:
Vault (For Permissions)
Installation
- Download the .jar
- Place the .jar in your plugins directory
- Restart the server
Commands
- /pweather - Toggles clients weather
- /pweather reset - Resets back to server weather
Permissions
- playerweather.allow
Allows toggle of client side weather default: op
Note
This was just a quick plugin I created, simple won't cause any lag apart from rain sometimes causing lag client side, but this is client side (Users with bad computers not able to handle rain lol)
If you want additional features I can add them at request but this is just a simple and easy plugin!

lol ya, will technically u could make like 3x3 biome changes, although id be quite laggy id probably work XD (to a degree that is, if ur in a desert biome anyways :P)
