THIS PLUGIN IS OUTDATED, AND WILL BE HOSTED ON SPIGOT
Installation
- Download plugin
- Place jar file in root/plugins/ folder
- Restart/Reload your server

Usage
To use this plugin, simply do one of the following:
- Type a player's in-game name inside chat. This will highlight the player's name, add a "@" before the name, color the name in aqua, and notify the player that you tagged (e.g. DonkeyTeeth2013 will become @DonkeyTeeth2013)
- Type "#" and then a custom hashtag (e.g. #thisserverrocks). This will highlight the hashtag in aqua and log the hashtag for viewing later (if enabled in config)
Commands
- /playertahgs This command allows you to view the plugin information
- /hashtags <all | hashtag> [Aliases: /hashtag, /listhashtag, /listhashtags] This allows you to view all logged hashtags or all messages that used a specified hashtag (Don't include the # when doing the command)
Config
- hashtag-logging: true True is the default. This enables/disables the logging of hashtags.

Posted Aug 18, 2014Possible update for 1.7.10 and addition of fixing the chat color going white if your current chat color is a different color and using the tags?

Well, you could at least have the permissions as default in the plugin.yml, and let server owners add "-perm.node" to people who don't get access to it.

Nah.. Would be kinda annoying imo to some server owners that don't want to have to deal with perms and just put the plugin in the folder and reload/restart.

Posted Oct 21, 2013I think you should add a permissions to use #HASHTAGS and @PLAYERTAGS because some people could abuse it.
