This mod was created due to a request from minecraft forums user: HiggingsSP. He needed a plugin to drop a specific item on death so that users could be rewarded for that specific drop via shop plugins. He couldn't find anything that could do this, so I simply created this.
This plugin allows you to have multiple drops when a player dies, which is setup in the config.txt in the plugin folder. There are no commands, just drop the plugin in, add in your items in the config.txt, then reload your server. It should work right away.
Config Syntax
Here is an example configuration:
items: { "46" "144:3" "261" }
Here, is it set to drop a TNT block (46), a human head (144:3), and an arrow (261). Make sure when adding new items to the configuration that you keep the quotations around the value, and leave the 'items: {' and '}' as it is.
If you are having issues with this plugin, or if you have a suggestion for it, please let me know, and I'l make some time for implementing it.

Posted Dec 1, 2012This looks neat, but not very useful for my purposes. What I've been trying to do is get "wanted" people to have a bounty. I've installed a head-hunter plugin, but can't get any shops to buy specific player heads. The other way to do this would be to have only a certain permissions group drop heads, but I haven't found a way to do that yet.

Modifyworld provides permissions for breaking certain blocks with certain tools.

Posted Nov 21, 2012Hey, there is a bug when you type in the player head ID (397:3) it takes away ":3" and give the skeleton head which is "397". So i'm guessing it just doesn't use the number after the ":"? (Sorry not good with the technical names haha)

You're not completely clear on what you want made, but it looks like you want a plugin that disables use of specific item and the block (if it exists). This already exists in Essentials, I'm pretty sure the config.yml in the Essentials folder has a configuration for enabling and disabling the use of a particular item ID.
I may expand the functionality of this plugin, but I'm really busy on other stuff right now.

Posted Nov 19, 2012Hey dude are you able to make a plugin that prevents players on a certain world placing or interacting with an ID of that item ? I am dieing to make a plugin that allows me to enable or mainly disable ID interaction on a world I am editing for survival games 8) maybe call the plugin Survival Plus, I want the world to only allow players to use wooden objects but unable to mine stone or iron, to make a true survival game 8), please let me know would be happy to donate also 8) so ideally Multi-world support or at least permission disabling on a certain Item ID, haha hope I have made this clear, as I see no one making in depth plugins, that totally make a difference to gameplay.
Just thought maybe create a group system for chances of different item sets dropping from a player, also the amount of example bones? a human should have at least 4 drop 8)
