Are you on Spigot ?
@ThisUsernameIsMine
Yes but sometimes, Spigot compress its packets and it causes some bugs when using NMS or ProtocolLib.

Spigot is supposed to be compatible with most of CraftBukkit's plugins, but you're probably right =/

Posted Aug 27, 2014Suggestion:
Make it so that players can change their skins without being forced to submit a different username. That way, players can still change their skins without allowing them to impersonate actual players. Add a different permission for this command. (Aka add more diversity)
Edit: Add a blacklist in which some names in which they can't change. Please add that too.
