Summary
This plugin literally took 5 minutes to make, And I have searched all over the internet for one in the past and never found one. Now, I have wrote a nice, simple code that does not make any lag on your server and keeps you and your community happy!
Please post feedback in the comments, any bugs would be appreciated.
(If you self host a server ((No host online)) when you type /p it will show your ping as 0. The reason for this is because you host it, there really isn't any latency between you and your computer because the server is on your computer. If you host it on another computer in your house, the ping might change. (haven't tested it))
