Okay, well, i installed this into my 1.4.5 craftbukkit server (i think R2), and nothing special happens. I just place a rail down, then a minecart, get in, and nothing happens.. I put planes.minecart.* in the permissions.
Any idea? thanks.

Yeah, just too bad we can't shoot arrows in the boats... :(
EDIT: Can you make it so we can configure what action causes us to fly? Right-clicking keeps making people fall out of the boats because they accidentally look down just a tiny bit then fall to their deaths since it makes them hop out. Perhaps just holding redstone? Or the whole right-clicking once to start and again to stop... but you said that'd cause lag.

With minecarts it is cuz of it's client side. But boats should already be quite fine.

It's not just a stick you could do it with for example redstone powder to. The right click start would cause more server lag.

Posted Nov 24, 2012Can you add a config option to change the key for the planes from a stick to a configurable item? I use Grief Prevention and sticks cause my chat to flood with messages while I hold down right-click.
EDIT: Can you also make it so right-clicking starts the plane and turns it off too? I don't like holding down the button or right-clicking over-and-over.

I am using velocity. Just get the location of the boat or minearts then adds a velocity to it in the players directsion with multiply i have some bad feelings for posting source due to that last time i did it someone stole the whole code.

Posted Nov 20, 2012Im coding the bomb features and Minecart entity id savers so your planes saves in a list and so that you could have normal minecarts to. The bombs will be released by left clicking while flying. Also added fly on pig feature and cow aswell.

Posted Nov 19, 2012I have tried that and the turning is client side. Or did you thought that my cart flying is less buggier when you turn cuz the turn on ground wiuld be the same.

Posted Nov 19, 2012You could add a Car Mode,because the MineCars plugin is very buggy when you rotate the cart.
