Description
PermChatTimer is a simple plugin that allows you to set a time for people who join your server without a permission node (pct.bypass). If users do not have said permission node, then they will not be able to talk for said configured time. It also allows you to send configurable messages to your users.
How to use
To use this plugin simply give anyone of say the member rank the permission node (pct.bypass) and they will be able to talk on login, but for a lower rank like guest that does not have this permission node, they cannot talk until their timer finishes.
Configuration
This plugin is very easy to configure, just simply open up the config.yml and edit the messages and the timer, all colour codes are supported.
