ParanoiaPlugin

ParanoiaPlugin is a simple plugin that allows you to troll people with sound effects. Imagine being completly alone, in your house at nighttime, brewing potions in the basement when all of a sudden you hear your door open... only no one is there. And the door didn't actually open or close. *Shiver* It is very simple to use. Also, It is my first plugin.

Usage: /pps {player} {sound} [repeat*]

• Repeat function is not yet available. For help type /pps ? or /pps help, for list of valid effects type /pps sfx or /pps sounds. Some effects require additional info. It is possible they will not work properly, as the system for handling the extra data has not yet been added. Also I do not fully understand some of the additional data required. For help with extra data in the future, type /pps data {ID} where ID is the number or abbreviation on the plugin's help page. The pages are implemented, the data they tell about is not. This is still a very WIP plugin.

Permissions: All commands use the ParanoiaPlugin.pps permission. I am using PermissionsBukkit right now and it works fine.

UPDATE: My computer is slowly going bad, and so I no longer am able to work on my plugins. I will be inactive on this project for a while, but I will pick it back up eventually if I can get a new PC, but I don't really have any money.
