Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:

This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

DOWNLOAD
Please read compatibility information before downloading as not all releases work with all versions of CraftBukkit.
Latest version should be on BukkitDev, or as a release on the Github page: https://github.com/lishid/Orebfuscator/releases
Please also download ProtocolLib and install it in the plugins folder.
- Is compatible only with version 4.0.0 or newer.
- For 1.9.4 support, you must use build 277 or newer of Protocollib 4.0
- For 1.10 support, you must use build 293 or newer of Protocollib 4.0
- For 1.11 support, please use latest stable builds of ProtocolLib for 1.11.

Features
- Advanced algorithm that hides ore, chest and and anything you specify in the configuration
- Spout compatible, but optional
- No modifications to CraftBukkit.jar is needed

Usage
Install:
- Copy "orebfuscator-4.4.3.jar" to your plugins folder
- If you're upgrading from Orebfuscator.jar, move the contents of the "Orebfuscator3" folder to the "Orebfuscator4" folder
- Restart your server.

Metrics
- This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that anonymous information of your OS and setup will be collected and sent to mcstats.org
- Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Turns out it's my hoster, removing Oreb wasn't a good idea. Can you come on and do all the stuff you did earlier? I tried to turn on Obsuficate for ops and it still didn't work, IP is 108.60.137.122:25574

restart the computer if possible and reduce MaxLoadedCacheFiles in your config (normal values are around 64). You must have set it to a very high value to cause that...

Dude, my server is now CONSTANTLY crashing, as soon as I start it goes down. Any ideas from this? Someone was bragging they got the server shut down, and now I think it may be someone with a DDS

Posted Feb 29, 2012false alarm, lishid. Somehow ALL stone blocks were removed within this area. But my server is too slow to handle this operation with WorldEdit at once. And the strange this is: all torches, rails, sand blocks, gravel blocks, lava and water are still on their places as stone would be still here (no block updates made but WG generates them)

You should move your world folder or avoid caching, i think that Orebfuscator sends the cached chunks, so you will ruin the RAMDisk performance if you remove that folder from the RAMDisk.

I can reload the server and send all the stuff that comes up, errors do come up. Where would you want it, and would you like it shaken or stirred? I have over 20 plugins so it's kind of long.

I tested the plugin without the NoLagg settings, infact I just got rid of it temp to test Oreb. Well, the server just crashed. And it crashed overnight, and the console is throwing up a LOT of Oreb errors, so I think I've found the culprit. My server now only has 94% uptime because of an overnight crash, and I'm kinda pissed. I was just on and it crashed during the day, I've never been on during a crash but it sucks. I don't know what do to, can you come on again and check it out? It's 108.60.137.122:25574. I REALLY need help because Oreb is the ONLY anti-xray I trust and I'd rather have my server crash than get rid of it.

Posted Feb 28, 2012@lishid I've a problem with "spawn chunks" aka ca. 10-20 chunks around the spawn (although I tried it with 7 chunks set in server.properties). These chunks won't obfuscated at all! Tried also with disabled cache. No success. On a world that was freshly created while Orebfuscator was running it works good. I'm thinking it lags because of all those faces of blocks that gets rendered even though they are hidden underground.
Some people run Minecraft on very shitty computers (you won't believe what they got, I've seen many intel integrated cards) and struggling with 20FPS even on normal servers. Just look at how many people needs and praises OptiFine!
I personally don't need that, hell I run 8x AA over it and still gets 60 FPS, but It's not common.
