Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

@rtainc
Yeah... I'd appreciate it too. Though I don't have my projects on maven, and i don't have a build server either.

Yeah, I'd appreciate a Jenkins server (like http://rtaink.com:8080) where we could download development builds when you push, but it's just a thought.

Cache doesn't get cleared between server restart since it's still good most of the time.

Hmm I actually released it long ago, and didn't edit the post.
@DannySan626
There's people posting links to fake plugin (that op you with a sneaky command) on bukitdev pages. Developers can also post links to plugins not inspected by bukkitdev staff.
The ultimate goal for them here is to inspect all plugins on the site so that nobody can post fake/poisoned plugins.
The bukkitdev staff decompiles every jar uploaded to bukkitdev and manually inspect the code.

Ok thats fine and all, but I did read your post and forums and before you edited it just 20 min ago, there werent any downloads for 1.5.2, and now after the edit, the trail just stops cold. I agree with you yes, People should have the patience to wait for a new build to come out, and that those questions get tiresome, but you do not have to be all shady about it, most of these server owners have issues with people as much as you do, Players who do not understand servers and how they work, tend to keep asking and telling us to update, thats why they come and ask, No, we cannot code it ourselves because we are not capable of doig it with our own knowledge, but atlest you can say something like,"I am working on the new build, I need time to make it compatable with the new Minecraft Update, and remember, all of us have our own lives and we do not get the time to work on YOUR schedule. Just please be patient". i mean, after that, what really can they say? and sorry if i sounded mean, or harsh on you about your response, but from what i have seen from most developers and the staff from bukkit, is a lot of unneeded attitude and shadyness. It would be great for you guys to understand we get the same questions from players and are basically getting tired of it and are telling you. All i want to say to you is, Take your time, BUT PLEASE RELEASE IT BEFORE X-RAY PIRATES CLEAN MY MAPS lol

I'm tire of people asking for updates without reading what i wrote about it. I have posted the updated dev version a while ago, yet people still ask for it without reading. This is why I post a link to the post from earlier on when people ask for an update.

I'm not allowed (restricted by the bukkit staff) to post direct links. They will delete my post if i do so, which is why I posted it as a forum link which points to the dropbox download. The update is already there... if you actually read the link.

That doesn't answer anything... why lead us there if you don't even have the update? i mean yes he could check but why not just say that you didn't update it yet and that he should keep an eye on that page? not just post a link -.- why are bukkit staff and developers so shady and unclear with anything....

O sorry I forgot to mention, I already tried that, and had everybody to relog. And reading other replies, I have a good connection. And always in corners or mineshafts etc. Or in small rooms, with only a few blocks open to access them.

Fake ores shouldn't appear that often. If it does, then it's possible that you have a bad internet connection (low bandwidth or high latency/lag). This can only be solved by getting a better connection. Otherwise, people get used to the fake ores popping up on rare occasions fairly quickly, and having played on a few large servers with orebfuscator, I can say that happens fairly rarely if the internet connection is decent enough.

Posted May 3, 2013Good plugin, stops xray just nicely, but every now and again (okay... often) we see the fake ore and when we try and get it, it just turns back to stone. well that equals disappointing, any way to fix this? thanks~ ( I'm talking me and the other legit players)
