Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

Well, it's obvious that it's fake... It's usually caused by caching. There's no easy way of making cache aware of changes in surrounding cached chunks. Though this wall will be cleared the next time a player logs in after something has been broken in that wall.
The only thing you can do is to disable cache, if it doesn't cause lag to your server.

Posted Feb 22, 2013I am experiencing some issues with fake ores appearing out in the open. For example, the walls of some players mineshafts are filled with random blocks, requiring them to punch each fake block to remove it. Included in this post are some images of this, please let me know how to fix this, as I am getting many complaints.

It's either lag or actual hackers trying to make you remove the anti-hack plugin.

Posted Feb 20, 2013I have received complaints from people on my server that they are diamond blocks in unusual levels etc. I thought that was not possible with this plugin, I have not seen it myself but it is said. Is it possible (due to lagged etc?)?

Atm I'm using the stable spigot build since I downgraded due the lagg caused by Oreb but can I now use the lastest dev build of Spigot without having this lagg like before? Is this problem fixed in the 1.8.8 ?

It's only NoLagg Chunks that's screwing up, and it shouldn't be a hard fix from the NoLagg's side.
If it's all your friends then you should trust them, no?

Posted Feb 20, 2013I think I gonna leave orebfuscator due to it's heavy load (It's not, but there is more lightweight plugins than orebfuscator, I know the xrayer will still able use xray after I use that plugins but it's better due to some reason like Nolagg incompatibility)
I more love orebfuscator but I also more love my player than orebfuscator, so I will give my best to my player, I do it for fun not for money but I also don't want to lose them because they are all my friends.
I hope orebfuscator can perfomance better than http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/anti-x-ray/

That's a problem with NoLagg causing Orebfuscator to throw errors. Either remove NoLagg or disable NoLaggChunks.

No, but NoLagg is sending a packet with a null field that is never null within the default Minecraft internals. This causes Orebfuscator to crash.
