Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

I believe what you suggested fixed it, however, I would still like to use both proximity hider and darkness hide blocks without having to worry about my player's deathchests becoming invisible, so could you please fix this?

Sorry for long response, yes it is still there. I'll try turning off darkness hide blocks, but even back before you removed proximity hider, there was a bug where it would make chests invisible even when it was off (as it is now)... I'll get back to you once I see it again (if I see it again).

That... can be ignored. I still have no idea how to make it hidden since I really don't need them to be printed. Increasing MaxLoadedCacheFiles should help...

It's invisible, but still there, right? Did you actually try DarknessHideBlocks off?

Posted Jan 24, 2013I am using deathtpplus, and every time a player dies they get a chest with their items stored in it. The issue I am having is that when a player dies ABOVE GROUND in SUNLIGHT, their chest is invisable. I have traced this issue back to this plugin, so could you please tell me why it is doing this? Nowhere in my config do I have it defined for chests to be invisible other then in darkness... If it is any help, this issue went away when proximityhider was removed, but then came back when it was readded...

usually, it's fairly hard to know what takes memory unless if you take a memory snapshot with Java or some profiling software... Because it all involves checking how the GC can access the memory spaces.
But one thing though, unless if it gives OutOfMemoryError, there isn't a leak.
This means that if it just takes a bunch of memory maybe caps out but works fine, then there's not a leak, more likely a surge in memory usage at one point and then the memory is quickly freed (but java does not return memory to the system)

I see D: Is there any way to view what plugin uses what amount of memory then ? I have 52 plugins so it's impossible to tell without.

No... The only thing I added is a synchronization block for internal queue sorting, which has no memory impact at all... Though if all your players comes in at the same time you'll get a high memory usage for sure...

That seems to work fine except I see an 9gb increase in RAM D: I think the memory leak is back.

Posted Jan 23, 2013I just tried OFC 1.8.7. Didn't work at all. Deleted my config and then it worked fine. I think litemode: enabled wasn't a valid option anymore (LOL I wonder how long xray was enabled T_T) Anyway just a heads up to other guys. Don't assume it just works first test it with an xray client!
