Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

The graphical overload of all those textures tends to cause my game to be slightly gittery.

The number of random blocks doesn't change lag. it has nothing to do with whether it lags or not.
@deleted_8156133
No, the 'lag' people mention is that chunks load slower. Orebfuscator does not run on the main server thread, which means that clients won't be timed out. But, if the server's CPU can't handle the extra processing, users will see their chunks load very slowly.

What about the lag problem though, is it possible for this plugin to time out users? I don't think so but there is a possibility.

Posted May 24, 2012I seemed to figure out the problem. If you change the randomblocks section it is set to engine1 for some reason. I had set it to show only 4 different types of blocks in randomblocks so that lag might lessen, is there a minimum amount of randomblocks needed?

Orebfuscator works against every x-ray mod. If you say it doesn't work, tell why/how it doesn't work.

Change InitialRadius to 2.
@deleted_8156133
Should not, unless if your server is not capable to handle some extra work. Check your CPU and RAM periodically.

Ok, I think you don't need UseParNewGC (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/220388/java-concurrent-and-parallel-gc)
Memory usage high is probably caused by the cache, though I'm not sure when the java GC collects for you, it shouldn't overflow.
When you talk about memory, do you mean the memory that the java process is taking from your system? If so, then be aware that the java process will take memory from the system as it's needed, but when that memory is free'd, it is NOT returned to the system, so the size of the process increases. This means that java use the memory, and when it 'free' it, the process will not have a smaller memory size, but java itself knows that there is x amount of memory taken by the process but is free to use.

So I did processing threads 2 and use cache to true. We got about 220 players at 20tps and no lag so thats awesome :)
Do you still recommend going to more processing threads? Wouldnt this cause more TPS trouble?
Also I noticed after i made my changes (2 threads; cache true) - after about 24 hour runtime we dropped to only 2GB remaining memory; (out of 20) when we usually have 16 remaining at all times... Perhaps orebfuscator stops cleaning after a while?
Heres my startup -server -Xmx20G -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+AggressiveOpts

Depends on how you configure it. If you configure it well enough to your needs, then no.

@andrewkm
Increase ProcessingThreads to the number of threads possible on your CPU (number of cores, double if you have intel HyperThreading) minus 1.
i.e. 7 if you have a quad core intel with HyperThreading.
