Is this plugin Inactive? I just see this is from august.... The 'planned commands' aren't a big deal, so Im wondering. If you need help in coding, I think I can help you. Just take a look at my project here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/xpowers-adm-plg/ I think this is kind of similar.
