When downloading, please check the minecraft version of that version you are downloading and check that your downloading latest version for your specific minecraft version for least amount of possible errors and the most features.
Thanks to essentials(A great plugin) and its license, it has a great timer. and we appreciate a lot of it.
This plugin sends statistics about the usage to the server http://mcstats.org/. You can disable it by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Most likely, But essentials allows usuage of the commands by adding a E in front like /emute <PlayerName>, Not 100% if this works for all commands.
