NullRepeat is a LIGHTWEIGHT, configurable anti-repeat chat message bukkit plugin for Minecraft 1.8 (You know how players always come on and spam their server IP? Well, this plugin is a FIX for THAT! :D)
Features:
- includes configurable and toggle-able cooldown chat function
- can toggle off/on in-game
- permit access to certain players to bypass this plugin (see permissions)
- customizable repeat & bypass messages (bypass messages can be turned off)
Permissions:
- nullrepeat.bypass (allow a player to bypass (ignore) the plugin
- nullrepeat.toggle (allow a player the ability to toggle this plugin on/off in-game
Commands:
- /nr toggle (toggle this plugin on/off; requires nullrepeat.toggle)
Summary:

Posted May 13, 2014Somewhat more intelligent spammers bypass this by typing an additional character each time they spam (or they use a spambot), so that kinda defeats it :P
But i'll download it anyways, in case of a dumb spam(mer)-attack.

edit: I have GroupManager but after adding nullrepeat.bypass for my moderator+ rank they still can't bypass it
