This plugin prevent player from breaking unbreakable block like end portal

Add every block you want to prevent them from breaking
Configuration
preventbreak: List, default : ENDER_PORTAL, END_GATEWAY
logging: Boolean, log to console when player try to break blocks in preventbreak list
you can see list of material or blocks namespace id here
