Commands
/scorenotice : Opens the menu if the player has the "notice.admin" permission or OP
- Alias:
- notice
Format
< > - Required
[ ] - Optional
/notice <"This is your message"> <Time in Seconds> [Player]
- Notes
- You NEED quotes around your message!
- If no player is put into player slot, it sends it to all players in the server!

Came up with some more suggestions... Feel free to add :)
1. Would it be possible to add a visible timer? ex: Hi Bukkit! 1 <- so if you type: /notice "hi bukkit!" 10, it will say "10" instead of "1" and then it will countdown (this should also be visible). This could also be good to warn players that the server will reboot, (/notice "Server reboot in:" 10)
2. Add permission or setting for "display notice on playerjoin", Could be a standard notice wrote in the confnig.yml file. Should also be able to set with cmd, (/notice set "Event: 2X Exp!" 20)
3. would be cool if you could add a sound when a notice is received (this sound should also be changable)
4. Make so that you easily can change rows in a notice with a simple variable ex: /notice "hi bukkit! \n How are you?" 10

Posted Nov 20, 2013Nice! Could you possibly make it world wide so that every player has it if they are logged on, have the permission to see (or just see). Also can you make %player% (replaces player with actual players name) and %rank% (shows player in game rank - permission wise)
