What Is NoRedStone?
NoRedStone is a plugin i developed to not allow redstone to be placed along with pistons, and eventually redstone torches, and repeaters. This is to prevent minecraft players from making complicated redstone contraptions with pistons to make your server lag like crazy!
What Are The Commands For My Plugin?
- The commands are simple, because im still in the alpha stage of this project but here they are.
- /rs Gives the current NoRedStone version and also confirms the plugin is working properly.
- /rsblocks Lists the blocked blocks in your current version
- /rshelp Lists the plugin support info
- /rspermissions Lists The Current Permission Nodes
Permission Nodes
- - NoRedStone.Place.Redstone (Allows Use Of Redstone)
- - NoRedStone.Place.Piston (Allows Use of Pistons)
- - NoRedStone.Place.Stickypiston (Allows Use of Sticky Pistons)
- - NoRedStone.Place.Repeater (Allows Use Of Repeaters)
- - NoRedStone.rsblocks (Allows Use Of /rsblocks)
- - NoRedStone.rshelp (Allows Use Of /rshelp)
- - NoRedStone.rspermissions (Allows Use Of /rspermissions Which Shows Current Permissions Nodes)

Posted Jul 8, 2013Im a redstone lover. I can see this being used though. However, awesome redstone stuff can make your server popular (trust me, I know). So saying that, fellow server owners, you should possibly use that if your server cannot handle noobs doing a lot of random crap like piston spamming, ect, use this but let players who know what they are doing use the stuff. I dont think I will myself though. Good plugin idea as well.
@ the dev, update this page. In plans you say you will eventually block redstone torches and repeaters but according to the permission nodes you already have.

Posted Sep 30, 2012What makes this plugin better/easier than most the plugins out there that already do this? For instance, VariableTriggers, which is, in my opinion, the all-time best Bukkit Plugin available.
