Description
Hey guys! After creating the JailLikeHell plugin (http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/admn-fun-rpg-sec-tp-jaillikehell-v-1-1-jail-those-griefers-easily-1337.42327/), I made this plugin, the NoOrbsPlease plugin! You do not need permissions for this! This is super-simple as well! NO CONFIG FILES ARE GENERATED!
Why would experience orbs create lag on my server?
Minecraft processes each experience orb at a time. Let's say you blew up 50 creepers with a few blocks of TNT. Each creeper would drop about 5 orbs? Well Minecraft would have to process 250 experience orbs! And if you didn't pick up the orbs, Minecraft would STILL be processing the experience orbs! Now THAT's a lot of lag! If you don't believe me, try it yourself!

Posted Apr 26, 2012This plugin has been temporarily paused. I will make some more new features in the future, but i'm focusing on my other plugin, JailLikeHell, for the moment. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you all. Please check back on this thread every one or two days to see if i've released an update or not :).

Posted Apr 21, 2012I'll update this plugin to 1.2.5, sure, but it seems like there is no use for this plugin because orbs are needed to cast spells and whatnot.

Posted Feb 28, 2012While I do enjoy this plugin, I am hoping this will be updated for R5, as most if not all plugins are expected to break when Bukkit releases the latest revision to their code. If not, I will have to find something else. :(

Posted Feb 22, 2012It would also be nice if you could add permission notes with Vault!
Now the most Servers need Orbs because of the Level System, but there are some Plugins as MobArena where my meaning is that I won't that the Orbs drop in the Arena. Because it's a "MobArena" and not a "Levelarena". It would be nice if you update your Plugin to R3/R4 or R5 and add this permission feature!

Posted Jan 10, 2012Tested this plugin and it indeed works. I was looking to see if you could add the option that could modify how the exp system works. What I am looking for...
I think with these additions, you could very well have a unique plugin, as no plugin I know of to this date offers these features. Thanks!
