Features!
This plugin allows you to auto-kick players when they ask for op/admin/mod! Because I know I don't like it when I get 100000000+ requests a day asking for the same thing, even though we said no in the rules.
When any player types, "Can I be op?" The plugin finds out who sent it and automatically kicks the player, with a nice little message attached to it :).

How to set up the config
With the release of version 3.0r I have added full config support for both, the Phrase to be Kicked for (Message) and what the server says when they get kicked.
Messages: Text: - can i be op - let me be op - i want op - im from planet minecraft can i have op - i made this plugin Kick: '&6You were kicked for asking for OP!' Ban: '&6You were banned for asking for OP!' Broadcasted: Kick: '%player &6has been kicked for asking for op! Learn from it!' Ban: '%player &6has been banned for asking for op! Learn from it!' Ban: Enabled: true Reason: KickOP deteced ban.

Posted Jul 30, 2012Caleb, you've saved me hours at least of replying to users with the same message. Now I don't get annoyed, knowing that something else will take care of it for me!
Only issue I can see is using version info in the file name. I'm sure you'll end up with a user running two of the same plugin soon. It might be better for you, in the long run, just to stick to a static name.

Posted Jul 30, 2012nice idea for plugin.... maybe an option that kicks person from server once with a warning asking again will result in ban plugin remembers if they already asked then on second time it bans them
