A simple plugin that skips night with less players needed and option disable phantom spawns.

 

Percentage value of needed players and messages are customizable.

Disabling phantom spawn makes phantom membrane drop from other mob chosen in config (default is Enderman) and

making bats drop one membrane when kill.
