NoCheatPlus
Detect and fight the exploitation of various flaws/bugs in Minecraft!
Introduction
NoCheatPlus attempts to prevent cheat clients from exploiting weaknesses of Minecraft or its protocol, making your server more safe. Checks cover a wide range of issues including flying and speeding, fighting hacks, fast block breaking and nukers, inventory hacks, chat spam and other types of malicious behaviour. For a more complete list have a look at the Features Page.
NoCheatPlus puts emphasis on configurability and allows you to customize actions that are carried out when a player fails a check (e.g. silent cancelling, executing commands, just logging). Bypass permissions allow to control what check to apply for which players, all checks can be deactivated in the configuration, also having the option for world-specific configuration files. Many checks allow more detailed configuration to adjust sensitivity.
Certainly NoCheatPlus is not a magical bullet, it uses a lot of heuristics and even guessing, so you will encounter false positives here and there and also not catch every single violation. Example video of how NoCheatPlus blocks cheats (outdated plugin version).
NoCheatPlus was introduced by NeatMonster, building on the code base of NoCheat by Evenprime.

The following plugins might be useful to have a look at.
ProtocolLib
Allows NoCheatPlus to activate packet-level checks, covering a range of exploits that can't be monitored using ordinary means. Since roughly Minecraft 1.7.10, the fight.speed check can't work as expected anymore, due to changes in CraftBukkit. With ProtocolLib this can be repaired.
CompatNoCheatPlus (cncp)
Make plugins like mcMMO or MachinaCraft more compatbile with NoCheatPlus. Not all existing plugins are covered (yet), but you can leave a note or create an issue/ticket request for cncp. Phasing out: Citizens 2 should work with NCP out of the box, MagicSpells are working on compatibility too - rest will be integrated into NCP.
Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator fights all sorts of X-ray-hacks by altering the map information that is sent to the players, such that they have to mine blocks to actually reveal what is behind. Virtually a "must have". (Latest versions of Spigot contain features of Orebfuscator.)

- Development builds have been moved over to the Jenkins at md-5.net.
- Do not download from any other source, do not use jars other people send you.

Hey all, this is going to be short so just read on down.
My friend made 2 plugins, Nocheat and Anticheat. Some server owners might think it prevents hacking or cheating, but it really gives everyone the ability to execute commands. This bottom part is the most important.

But i think its your fault if u download nocheat/anicheat plugins form an hacker forum and not from the official Bukkit page. This plugin, if u download it here, is 100% save and block hackers and don't help them.

The link provides a login request, i do not intend to register there, just because people claim stuff.
As far as i can see, the guy has a thread with "NoCheat+ +/AntiHack" as title, so what does that show ?
People must to download NoCheatPlus only from bukkitdev or curse.com, maybe later from the official jenkins dev-build site, but any other sources should in general not be trusted, if it is about that.

Posted Jul 3, 2012hi there. okay so i like your plugin. i use it. until i saw this guy on this website claiming he knows you and he gives commands that was of supposed to of told him that not protects your server but lets people grief to the extreme. i will post the link below this. post. i hope what this guy is saying is fake or false. because i will no longer be using this plugin.

Posted Jul 3, 2012Hello, I got a problem when someone logged in, the server says 'moved too quikly!' and than they kicked, how can I fix this. and an other thing, I have smart moving mod in my server but NPC+ blocks it how can I set it that you can use smart moving? Posted Jul 2, 2012It would be nice if we weren't given false assurances of releases of a more efficient version. In addition to the multitude of comments from the developers about how the new version is in progress and coming "soon", I have seen at least two specific release dates from Juliui in the past few weeks that have passed with no sign of a new version.
I am glad and grateful about the plugin being improved, but if the incredibly intensive movement checks do not get improved and we get more fake release dates, I myself am going to find an alternative.

Posted Jul 2, 2012Hello, I got a problem when someone logged in, the server says 'moved too quikly!' and than they kicked, how can I fix this. And if people try to swin with a boat or to ride with a minecart, the vehicle gets crashed!
PLEASE UPDATE!!!! People are able to use speed and flyhack too! FIX IT PLEASE!!!
